Dr. Lloyd Morrisett, founder of Sesame Street was named recipient of the 2017 Motif Award Lifetime Medal of Honor In Memoriam of Walt Disney.
Dr. Morrisett is an American experimental psychologist with a career in education, communications, and philanthropy. He was recognized for his work as co-founder of the Sesame Workshop, the organization famous for the creation of the children’s television show Sesame Street.
